Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts, Inc. The general management of the affairs of MVCA is vested in a Board of Directors, which fixes its policies, elects its officers, and has the authority to take all necessary and proper steps to carry out the purposes of the corporation and promote its best interest. Day-to-day management of the organization is under the charge and direction of the Executive Director, who is appointed by the Board of Directors. 6 - Week Workshop. Salsa Dancing with Sergio and Yulia. Beginning Tuesday, January 5 from 7 PM – 8 PM. The course will be taught by instructors Sergio Arbustini and Yulia Levkovich. The first class will be free to anyone who would like to learn more about salsa. Both Sergio Arbustini and Yulia Levkovich have been dancing since they were young children. My favorite approach is still a bush whack via the bouldering area near Griffin Brook, and then up the Griffin Brook Slide and then along the ridge lines (easier said than done) to the summit or the cliff areas.
