The art of balancing. My personal trainer M did several test to analysis what and which part of my body requires more improvement to keep me toned and fit. One of it was doing the bosu squats to check on my body balancing. Checked. I wouldn't say excellent body balancing but not too bad I reckon. Probably my centre of gravity is lower than most people and thus easier for me. Keep practicing and it should get better. How I wished it's easier to apply in every aspects of life. Keep yourself balanced.

U were screaming and scolding in your sleep! If there was a baby/toddler sleeping beside you, baby will turn blue the next morning cos got murdered by you punches and kicks! I do not know what to expect but I just hope that I can manage myself better with the help. I need to pick myself and move forward. I am not embarrassed to let known that I needed the help so don't look at me as if I have gone crazy. If I don't seek help, I would be more explosive than anyone can imagine. Saturday, May 16, 2015.

New target and objective! Thanks to the impolite wake call up by somebody, I'm on my way down. Gym became my latest addiction and those yucky figures that appeared to me via those body analysis machines made me super obsessed with numbers now. I had to shed off about 14 to 16kilos of fats (not mass, mind you). &$)$)? 163;%# % £€ FAR OUT! I still have about 13 kilos to shed to get to my ideal weight. My journey to a leaner me. An interim update about my journey to a leaner me. It's about 3 months since I started hitting the gym. My efforts of travelling to the gym have paid off! Spending at least an hour almost daily at the gym sounds yucky but it has indeed became part of my routine. In fact, I get restless without sweating it out at the gym. Hahaha. I thought a new 2014 will allows me to have deeper view and understanding of life and my temper would not be lost at a snap of my finger.
