A day off enjoying the sunshine was exactly what I needed to recharge and focus again on the last 2 weeks of the training. Hard to believe its coming to an end already, I feel like I just got here. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Made it to Singapore! Feeling discombobulated because I swear I just left San Francisco a few hours ago and it's was 2pm on Monday. Now I'm sitting in the middle of a koi pond in the Singapore airport and it's 3am on Wednesday. Which means I'll be in Bali 6.5 hours! What a blessing that I sleep so easily on airplanes. Side note I just looked up and saw 3 Singpore military men patrolling with machine guns, so that's comforting. Next update will be from Bali! The scariest part ...

All the cell phones, all the apps, the ability to look at a map, check an email, find a restaurant’s address and ratings, look up a book to find it in the bookstore you’re in, even use your phone in place of a boarding pass for a flight… it’s all so convenient but makes me feel so uneasy! Are these skills useful?
