For some reason, pancakes always seem to be the one thing I tend to mess up. The only reason I can think of is because I usually make the box mix pancakes. They are so easy to make that I find myself doing 10 other things at the same time, resulting in burned pancakes. This is the recipe I found on Allrecipes.com called. 1 Tbsp baking powder.
