My Journey
Monday, March 10, 2014. We had a family at our church loose everything in a fire. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it was still devastating. As we spoke about Lenten sacrifice, my high school class said they wanted to help this family. So we did a fundraiser dinner for them Saturday night. I had 15 teen show up to cook and set up. I was blown away! We fed about 30 and raised $446 for the family. I hope the family was as blessed as were we by doing it. Everyone loved the food! Posted by Amy AnZ's Mom.
