I was the lucky recipient of some freshly picked strawberries from Kentucky this week and so after eating half of them all by myself I decided to make some jam. I had never made jam, no clue how to do it, but hey, what else is there to do at 6am? So here is the recipe I ended up using for my Strawberry-Blueberry Freezer Jam. Who knew it was so easy! And I have to say, it turned out SUPER DELICIOUS! 4 1/2 cups sugar. 1 package of fruit pectin.
