Sunday, June 12, 2011. S'mores in a Jar Deliciousness! S’mores Cake in a Jar. Makes 4 16-ounce mason jar cakes. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix in graham crumbs and salt. Mix until moistened. Spray 4 mason jars with non-stick spray and press graham crust into jars. I began by adding a tablespoon to each, and repeating until graham crumbs were gone. They don’t need to look perfect. Press down. 1 1/8 cups all purpose flour. 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder.

Friday, March 2, 2012. Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss! I saw this idea for cookies on The Souders website, and knew they were so cute I just had to try them! I used my own homemade sugar cookie recipe, and I did use a different technique thank they did. Their technique would of actually been a lot easier than how I made mine:). I think they were very cute to say Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss! View my complete profile. A kiss a day. Frugal On The Cheap.

Have Your Cake and Eat it Too: Krispy Kreme Copycat Recipe
http://lollicakesbykim.blogspot.com/2012/01/yesterday-i-saw-this-recipe-and-knew-i.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. Krispy Kreme Copycat Recipe. Yesterday I saw this recipe and knew I couldn't resist trying it. We love Krispy Kreme's and only get them once a year, when we are on vacation. Last year we forgot! These were very easy to make. The recipe went quickly. I started it in the beginning of the Patriots game, and they were done by the end of the game. They did taste a lot like Krispy Kremes. Not perfect, but very close. The dough is a very light dough, not too sweet. A kiss a day.

Have Your Cake and Eat it Too: December 2010
http://lollicakesbykim.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 30, 2010. I made these delicious marshmallows yesterday. Never got them done this year in time for Christmas like I usually do, but we will have them with our New Year's cocoa. They are fairly easy to make and so amazingly light, fluffy and delicious, you will never go back to store bought. They are super dipped in chocolate as well! About 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. 3 1/2 envelopes (2 tablespoons plus 2 1/2 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin. 1 cup cold water, divided. In a 3-quart heavy s...
