Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Yesterday, I had the carpets cleaned in my apartment. It was well overdue since it had not been done since I moved in, a complete 6 years ago. I have been so proud of the result! To paint or not to paint? That is the question. It definitely gives me a different perspective on the room! It's the next best thing to moving.mixing it up a bit. Random thoughts and stories. Sunday, November 3, 2013. Call Me a Fuddy-Duddy. I was raised by parents who took movie ratings seriously. Or at least kind-of seriously. Saturday, August 14, 2010. I took part in Transform for the first time today. It was a success! The Village Church has partnered with several schools over the past several years to serve during the summer with school improvement projects and relationship building. This year the Flower Mound campus was at Hedrick Elementary. I felt confident and purposeful in this role. My knowledge of children's literature and my experiences in leveling libraries were quickly put to use. Her English library was complete!

Random thoughts and stories. Monday, June 17, 2013. It's a lot.). And even now, as I write this I still wouldn't say that I have a lucky number. But there is a number that I seem to be drawn to. The number 11. For the last year or so, I have been seeing the number 11.repeatedly.everywhere.even in multiples. But then I started seeing the multiples of 11 over and over again, too. 11 x 3 = 33 (3:33), 11 x 5 = 55 (5:55), etc. Like ALL the time! More prayer is always a good thing, right?
