https://sureisgood.wordpress.com/2013/09/17/quick-taco-casserole
Nothing Special…But It Sure Is Good! September 17, 2013. I found this recipe. On a new favorite blog of mine, Mix and Match Mama. Seriously, check out that blog. It has TONS of family-friendly, semi-homemade recipes. And just look through that list of 100 bundt cakes. YUM. I can vouch for her original chocolate chip bundt cake. I made it for a work potluck and it was a huge hit. I’ll definitely be making more! This recipe has 2 thumbs up from me because:. 1 It’s a kid pleaser. One 8×8 casserole dish.

Nothing Special…But It Sure Is Good! October 17, 2012. Pinterest has inspired me to make things myself that otherwise never would have crossed my mind. Taco seasoning is one of those things. The biggest motivating factor for me? I can never remember where the envelopes of mixes are in the grocery store. They are never where I think they should be (with the spices! Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Maltodextrin, Paprika, Spices, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Natu...

Though, so take a look at this beautiful, fresh taco salad. Yum.🙂. Here’s what I put in our taco salad. Homemade macaroni and cheese. A challenge, a request, and your opinion →. You are com...

Nothing Special…But It Sure Is Good! Meal Plan 1/26 to 2/1. January 27, 2014. Well hello, blog. It’s been a while. I’ve been rather uninspired and toward the end of 2013 we unfortunately (for our hearts, waists and bank account) did a lot more eating out than eating in. It happens. Holidays, end of semester exhaustion, anniversary/stuff to celebrate, etc. So here is our meal plan for this week:. Pizza – have you had the Domino’s Brooklyn style pizzas? Using homemade taco seasoning. Enter your comment here.

Nothing Special…But It Sure Is Good! Sweet potato hash and roasted green beans. September 26, 2013. I’ve blogged about my hamburger steak. If you have only ever had sweet potatoes served, well, sweetly, with brown sugar and marshmallows you are missing out. Savory sweet potatoes are the way to go! For Hubby and I (Sweetie Pea isn’t a fan, unfortunately), I usually use –. 1 sweet potato, diced. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1/2 onion, diced. EVOO – just a splash. A little goes a long way. Garlic powder to taste.

Nothing Special…But It Sure Is Good! Stuffed bell peppers – revisited. October 7, 2013. One of my first posts here on the blog – back in October 2009! 8211; was stuffed bell peppers. Stuffed Bell Peppers -Low Carb Version. About 45 minutes or so. About 20-25 minutes prep; 20 minutes bake. 4 to 6 bell peppers.
