Tuesday, April 26, 2011. We started our Easter celebration on Saturday at the church Easter egg hunt. It was supposed to take place in a local park but the snow moved the egg hunt inside. The Easter egg hunt started with a short devotion. Then the hunt was on. After the egg hunt their were fun crafts. The kids made Easter cards, planted flower seeds and decorated cookies. Monday, April 30, 2012. Easter Sunday fell on a beautiful, warm spring day. We got all dressed up in our fancy clothes and, of course, took some pictures before heading to church. After Church we went to Nonna's and Poppi's house to find the eggs that the Easter Bunny left. (The Easter Bunny know we go to Nonna's and Poppi's after church so he leaves the baskets and eggs at their house.). It was too cold to swim but we did get to fish,. Drive the boat,. About a week ago we got enough snow to cancel school and work. We had a family snow day. The boys couldn't wait to get outside to play. Daddy couldn't wait to try out his new snow blower. He had so much fun that he cleared the sidewalk in front of 6 of the houses on our street. After Izee recovered, the boys moved on to making a snowman.
