Most people when they think of Dutch Oven they think about BBQ Ribs or Chicken and Dutch oven potatoes (usually a cheesy, oniony, bacony, ooey gooey goodness). Super Simple Apple Cobbler. 3 Cans Apple Pie filling. 3 Cans Refrigerated cinnamon rolls (like Pillsbury). A variation of this that we have tried is with Berry pie filling and Orange Rolls - also very good. 1 lb bacon, diced.

This has been a great resource for my friends and family to get recipes for outdoor cooking, or just cooking in general. Last night I was inspired by the thin sliced steaks as I walked by the meat case at my local grocery store. There were a couple of varieties, thin sliced rump, and sirloin. 2 C wild rice.

Last month we headed down to Bryce Canyon in Southern Utah for the National Dutch Oven Gathering, they had a little contest for breakfast one morning. The topic was "Breakfast Bread" - not wanting to make cinnamon rolls or the likes - this is what I came up with. Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast. 1/3 C Maple syrup.

I wanted to make something different for Dinner tonight and I came across this recipe on the Campbell's kitchen it is an elegantly presented dish that is surprisingly easy to make. It features tender chicken, colorful vegetables and seasoned cream cheese baked in a golden, flaky puff pastry crust. Please see my notes at the end for my take on this recipe. 1/4 cup soy sauce.

Bean Sprouts. 2 medium heads of Cabbage. 189; lb. Carrots. 4 C Ground meat (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Turkey, or Shrimp). 2 Cans of whole Water Chestnuts. Shred: Cabbage, Celery, Carrots, Onions and Water Chestnuts, into a LARGE bowl. Brown the meat of your choice…. Drain well. 189; tsp Pepper. 189; - 1 tsp Garlic. 189; tsp Salt. 188; C Soy Sauce.

Sunday, August 26, 2012. August 17th my baby turned 2 months old. Here's a few things about Jaxon:. Weight: 11 lbs 6 oz (50th percentile). Height: 22 inches (25th percentile). Diaper size: Size 1. I can't believe how much babies change! Jaxon is getting so big and a lot of fun. I love his smile. Sleeps a lot better! Goes to bed before 10 and sleeps until 2 or 3 which is really nice. Wednesday, October 17, 2012. Time sure goes by quickly! Jaxon is growing so fast! Here are a few things about my little monkeyshine:. Weight: 14 lbs 1 oz (the 30th percentileMommy ). Length: 24 1/2 inches (the 30th percentile). Clothes: 0-3 and 3-6 mo. Sleep Habits: VERY random right now. Can sleep from 8 to 3 and then get up at 7. But the last few weeks he hasn't slept very well so that means no sleep for mommy. He has started to roll over from his belly to his back. He sleeps in strange positions.

Tuesday, October 21, 2014. It's been a crazy year. This past year has been kind of rough with many unexpected events. In February, my Aunt Connie had surgery on her neck. A few days later, she had a blood clot move to her lungs and she went into cardiac arrest. She was flown to U of U Hospital in Salt Lake City. Sunday, February 24, 2013. Where did that time go? Weight: 18 lbs according to the scales at the McBride's house. Clothes: some 3-6 and 6-9. He loves all the veggies he has tried and has started eating fruits. He thinks they're pretty good too. He is so funny when ever I have food. He get really excited by stretching his arms and legs out. He loves to eat bread and LOVES ice water. I can always tell when Jaxon gets tired because he will touch and play with his ears or hair. I love binkie baby smiles).

Monday, January 21, 2013. He's getting SO big! Here's what has happened this month:. Weight: unknown around 17-ish pounds. Clothes: 3-6 and 6-9. Sleep habits: wakes up once in the night. Naps: He stays awake for about 2 hours then needs a nap. so he takes about 3 and they last 1 hours. He has NO desire to be mobile.but hey! Friday, April 19, 2013. Look who is 10 months old! Weight: unknown. probably around 19 lbs. Clothes: pretty much anything between 6-12 mo. With some shirts and pants being 3-6. Likes: fruits,veggies, and baby meals. Loves ice water and trying anything mommy is eating. Dislikes: plain oatmeal and baby rice. Teeth: none. Still has that cute toothless grin. Words: dada but still won't say mama. Loves to eat his snacks. Has become my cleaning buddy. Causes big messes in the bathroom. But was still happy.

Sunday, November 18, 2012. Look how fast time flies! My baby is now 5 months old. He is such a good baby. Here's a few things about Jaxon:. Weight: unknown (guessing about 15 lbs). Clothes: 0-3 and 3-6 mo. Sleep habits: not great since he has been sick but when he feels better he can sleep until 4 and then can wake up at 8 (heavenly). He has discovered his tongue and likes to stick it out. Gives the best kisses. Still loves the sound of his voice. Daddy likes to tease him. It makes him pucker his lip.

Friday, August 2, 2013. The 4th of July! This year Autumn wanted to run the Main Street Mile just before the parade in Hyrum. Brian said he would run it too.
