Friday, November 21, 2008. The Last Supper (aka, Thanksgiving at work). Our awesome managers spent their Wednesday evening making Thanksgiving for 90 people. Yes, they are that cool. Thursday, May 5, 2011. But mostly I didn't mind sleeping up there bc it was outside! Also, I went on TREK with my youth group when I was in high school and something about being outdoors seeing all of God's wonderful creations and being disconnected from everything else was so powerful! Wednesday, April 13, 2011. My sis and I were talking the other day about how teachers use the word "choice" a lot during the day. This is SO true, atleast it was for me! I would use it in phrases such as "make good choices" "is that a good choice? And so on. All of my students new about this "choice" word and here are 2 sweet/funny stories I remember. Best part of the entire delivery (well second to meeting Violet) was when Dr. Chambers came in and Blake was drinking orange juice- she checked me and said Violet was about to come and Blake frantically asked "Uhh, what should I be doing? And Dr. Chamber said, "You just stand there and drink your juice." So Blake took a big step back and just started slurping on his straw and looked like a 5 year old! Wednesday, November 5, 2008. And the winner is. We watched the election at none other than.Marc and Katies. (This blog has shown me how much we hang out with "the six"). Regardless, we celebrated the victory in the company of fellow ". I can think of several other terms for "boat rockers". :). Congrats on helping your candidate win. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Just the beginning of a long pester-filled, loving relationship. At the hospital meeting her new best friend, Ellie!
