Saturday, September 10, 2011. School and work are in full-swing! Life is busy, but we're still having fun. I went to a work retreat and had to leave Jordan for a few days. It was our first time apart since we got married and it was saaaad. But we both still managed to have fun! He worked and spent time with friends while I rode a slip-n-slide, played shuffleboard, put-put golfed, hiked at night, and learned rules of intramurals. Hiking to the timp waterfall. Last weekend we went to Moab and it was UNREAL!

Friday, October 29, 2010. This post is all over the place, but read if you desire. This week I taught a class about Greek and Roman Mythology. My favorite professor of all time, Roger MacFarlane, is in Finland all week so we TAs had to pick up where he left off each take a day to teach lecture. It was surprisingly fun and I was a lot more confident than I had expected myself to be in front of 150 college students teaching a subject I don't know a ton about. Now I'm grading grading grading papers all day.

Tuesday, May 17, 2011. I picked up my wedding dress yesterday with some of my sweet friends. It is DONE! No more alterations- it is all mine. Wednesday, October 12, 2011. 2nd trip to Moab. We are starting to love this place too much. Here are some photos from our fun trip! A very nice foreign guy took this for us. Harder than it looks. How does this look so cool? A hole in the wall. Great echoing goes on here. We don't wanna go home! Jordan and I both each drove a van down. We left at 6 AM and it got a little snowy up in the canyon, but we made it! We ate at yummy restaurants (eat at Pasta J's! It's a different planet down there.

Friday, October 7, 2011. Sorry about the hiatus. Life is happening. Here are some updates! It was 75 degrees on Tuesday. I almost went hiking. Then I remembered I had to study. It is 33 degrees right now. The mountains are covered in snow. So long, summer. Jordan and I have been married almost 1/3 of a year! We still can't believe that.
