He's been in our lives for 365 days, and every single one of them has been a delight (minus a few bumps along the way, naturally) - we're eternally grateful for his safe delivery into this chaotic world and for the surprise of a lifetime. Hopefully, we've given Toby a wonderful first year of life - I know, without a doubt, he has filled our year with immense love, pride, and joy. 365 days of bliss!

I meant to post this around his first birthday, but it just didn't happen (oops! So here it finally is, the birth story of my firstborn son.and now I really need to get on Toby's birth story. Apparently, my body knew. What was going to happen the next day, because luckily I got the absolute best sleep I'd had in months! I really am such an idiot sometimes (sorry about that, Mom).
