http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. I would appreciate prayers for a safe delivery and healthy mom and baby! Thank you, Lord, for surrounding Micah and Adele with your protection and bringing them safely through this birthing. In Jesus' name. Amen! Shalom to all. :). Easter thoughts from my son, Josh. I’m writing this on the first day of the week leading up to Easter. This is my favorite week. Reprinted from my son Josh's blog www.theusualmystics.com. Shalom, friends. :). Saturday, March 28, 2015. Did you see it?

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: A Pause in Advent #1
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-pause-in-advent-1.html
Sunday, December 1, 2013. A Pause in Advent #1. I'm so glad to join in on A Pause in Advent this year! This will be my first Christmas without my husband, Bob, who went to be with Jesus on November 19. We all miss his company, but we know he's in the presence of his Lord; something we can only imagine. This will be a very special Christmas for him! The Charley Brown Tree. A closeup of my tiny creche. (Bought at Ben Franklin's. So cute! I packed it full of bubble wrap and taped everything in place, lol!

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: May 2015
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 28, 2015. A lazy day off. It's a perfect summer day here. Partly cloudy, the sun peeking out and then hiding briefly, the wind wooshing through the treetops, a crow cawing in the distance. I've been mostly reading, drawing and painting. My latest ATC swap is called Medieval Animals. That means any kind of animal as long as there is a medieval object of some sort in the picture. Here are my first two attempts:. I'm so glad Audrey made us aware! And this is the view from my chair. The win...

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: June 2015
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2015. Of tornadoes, bugs and birthday cards. No, we didn't really have a tornado. Whew! But I did get a Facebook message yesterday morning that my daughter had sent at 1 am asking me if I knew we were under a tornado watch! Have you seen these little critters on your windows? I wonder what they do in the grand scheme of things? I had a hard time convincing my camera to take its picture instead of focusing on the great outdoors. You better believe I was ready to say "Bye, Sweetie! That's ...

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: Pickles and honey...
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015/08/pickles-and-honey.html
Monday, August 3, 2015. I awoke in the middle of the night (Saturday night) with a sore throat. NO! Well, thinking upon the subject of sore throats (Micah and family were sick last week, so.) I remembered a little hint my mom had given me in one of those famous emails. I'm going to find some interesting hand-lettering examples to use for captions. When I get around to it. I'm not sure what the future holds for Hazel's gymnastics career. ;). Oh man, almost bed time. My evenings slip by so quickly! I guess...

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: Short 'n' sweet...
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015/07/short-n-sweet.html
Thursday, July 30, 2015. So I go inside and do a bit of computing. Time for a hot shower and then, a bowl of oatmeal to end the day! I'd better eat it before it gets cold! Then maybe a few minutes of Yahtzee with my kids on Facebook and it'll be time for bed. It was a beautiful summer day. Coming up on my weekend off! July 30, 2015 at 7:17 PM. Oatmeal for breakfast sounds yummy! July 31, 2015 at 5:29 AM. Sounds like a great way to spend your time, Lisa. Have a super weekend. July 31, 2015 at 3:39 PM.

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: Stuff in my camera...
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015/07/stuff-in-my-camera.html
Friday, July 24, 2015. Stuff in my camera. Does anyone know if this type of cloud has a name? Stratocumulus undulates- Thanks MK and Jody! I took this a couple of days ago. I love the way the wind tosses the willow leaves around so you can see their silvery undersides. I'd love to be a bird bobbing about on those wind tossed branches. Wouldn't you? Speaking of that, I wonder where Badger is right now? They love to pound on the old "pi-nano", as Hazel likes to call it. Sohow do you like them feet? I devou...

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: A beautiful Sunday...
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015/07/a-beautiful-sunday.html
Sunday, July 19, 2015. It has been gorgeous here today. Clear, sunny, and maybe in the high 70's with a nice, brisk, cool breeze keeping the house at a comfortable temperature. I watched both services of my son's church in Texas (my church, too, I suppose) online. Such good messages this pastor preaches! This evening I took a photo of my "garden". Aren't I ambitious? My usual practice when I near the end of a loaf of bread is to break up the heels and toss them into the back yard for the birds. Somet...

Pen and Ink...and maybe some paint: My camera goes kapoot...
http://lisa-richards.blogspot.com/2015/08/my-camera-goes-kapoot.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. My camera goes kapoot. My latest Sketchbook Project page. I have a friend at work who is a sled dog racer. She's the only one I know, but I think it's kind of a popular past time for a certain subculture of Minnesota. I made the lady musher a little.short. You can pretend she's crouching down, lol. Little Adele is getting strong! Mama Micah needed to do some work on the web, so I got a nice visit today. They were soon off on errands and Grandma took a nap! Thanks for dropping in!
