Vacation: Camping in Bear Country with a 7 Week Old. I have to say, I was seriously reluctant to take the three kids and new (colicky) baby camping in bear country. November 26, 2014. I started a blanket for my mom over a year ago. I swear I’m the slowest person ever when it comes to my crafts. I just get so distracted. This is all Red Heart With Love yarn. So super soft. Five colors. Two skeins of each color. The pattern is pretty easy. I used large needles and two yarns at a time. Seed stitch for the whole blanket. Knit one purl one. Making sure to alternate with the row below or it will end up just being a ribbed pattern. November 18, 2014. Or so we thought….
