Bake Time: 40 minutes. 12 oz Can evaporated milk. 1 Cup creamy or chunky peanut butter. 1/2 Cup soy sauce divided. 1/4 Cup chopped green onions. 2 1/2 Teaspoons ground ginger. 2 Teaspoons rice or cider vinegar. 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes. 5 lbs frozen chicken wings thawed. 5 Place chicken on prepared baking sheets. Discard any remaining marinade.

Just a momma looking to help other moms save time and money in their daily lives. 2 Cups chopped spinach. 1 Cup plain yogurt. 2 Cups fat-free sour cream. 2 Tablespoons onion flakes. 1 Teaspoon seasoning salt. 1 Place spinach in a saucepan and cover with water. 2 Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. 3 Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain. 4 In a bowl, combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients. Mix well. 5 Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Saturday, December 26, 2015. This was the weather on Christmas Eve. No snow, but dark and dramatic skies, chilly temps, rain. These were the treats I made: Chess Pie Tarts. At some point (I think as a teenager? They became a treat I equated with Christmas and hence something I want to taste at Christmastime. I am the only one who likes them in this house. I'm proud of myself for only eating four between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This is another thing baked on Christmas eve: Christmas cookies.

TGI a three day weekend! August 30th, 2013. Parenting is hard. I’m not proud of myself for how I lost my cool last night. Eva threw a FIT about having to take a bath. I mean, screaming bloody mary. And I am lenient on baths. I give them baths every other day and sometimes we go a few days. My girls are just not kids that roll around in the dirt and I think until they hit puberty, it’s just not worth the fight. Because, believe me, they fight me on it. I do make them put fresh underwear on every day, FYI.
