Coconut and chick pea curry (my own invention, basically just cumin, tumeric, onions, chickpeas, carrots, mange tout, baby corns, water and creamed coconut. Yum. Onion and oat savoury steamed pudding, mashed swede, broccoli, savoy cabbage and gravy. Rhubarb crumble and soya custard. Vegan aubergine parmazano, red onion, cucumber and tomato salad and bread for dipping.
