I am not afraid.I was born to do this. Joan of Arc. Monday, April 29, 2013. 131 for a Cause. Yesterday, April 28th, was the first Nike Women's Half Marathon in Washington, DC. It was also the day I ran for Team In Training! This entire TNT experience has been wonderful. The fundraising was a little overwhelming, but in 4 short months you all helped me raise over $4400! On Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at about 4:15 pm I was on my way out the door to go to a friend's house for dinner. Both of our husbands were deployed to Iraq with different units, and she had a 15 month old son. The phone rang and I contemplated just heading out the door.
