I was able to can 6 quarts and 10 pints. It really didn’t take too long once I got going. I saved some to make peach butter with but it didn’t work. Thursday: Grocery and Errands. Sunday: Rest and Renew. Change all the sheets. Wipe down mirrors and TV/Computer Screens. Empty trash (all over the house). Water and fertilize plants, if any. Work in current zone for 15 minutes OR 15 minutes decluttering. Finish any zone work or decluttering from yesterday.

This year they chose to keep it here! Much better on our wallets, I must say…thank you. It was a rough couple of weeks for him…well, for all of them. Last week they met everyday Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until noon and Tueday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 until 9:00. He is very, very tan, tired and sore!

PECAN UPSIDE DOWN COFFEE CAKE. 1 c pecans, chopped. 1/2 c Karo light or dark corn syrup. 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened. 2 c Bisquick baking mix. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon. CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE. 2 tbsp. butter. 1/4 tsp. salt. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1 1/4 c. boiling water. APRICOT UPSIDE DOWN GINGER BREAD CAKE. 2 eggs, beaten.

It seems there is always something that needs to be done but that's ok because I have lots of time to do them since I can't afford to do anything else.
