This is a recipe that I got out of the "Culinary Classics from CB&T Chefs" cookbook and then tweeked. 2 garlic cloves minced (I used 2 tablespoons of already minced garlic). 3 lbs boneless pork loin. 1 Tbsp 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 (16oz) can tomatoes (I got petite diced). 2 (145 oz) cans chicken broth. 2 cans pinto beans, drained. 1 (7oz) can diced green chilis, drained.

Work has been keeping me super busy, but the kids come with me to as much as possible. They are definitely going to grow up in the Ag department, but at least they tell me they have fun. Friday, February 26, 2010. A Not so Good Week. But, at least with all the snow we got last week/weekend it was a good week to stay indoors. Saturday, May 15, 2010. What an exciting time the last few weeks! School ended for me on May 5 and I spent the next few days with my mom traveling to Shreveport, LA, to help my sister get settled in to her new home. It was an exciting and long trip! Monday, December 20, 2010. Pictures because, well, it's been a while ;). So yesterday while Andy finished up some Christmas shopping the kids and I went to see Tangled. It was such a cute movie and a fun treat for us! This is the 3rd movie we've seen at the theater. The first was Toy Story 3 this summer with daddy too and they did great! So proud of them!
