The gilmore girls (and guys). Wednesday, April 27, 2011. OK - it is too overwhelming to even think about catching up on all the posts I should have written the past 4 months - so I am just going to start posting on current events - hopefully I will still have time to catch up on the missing months, but if not - here is what we are up to now. PINEWOOD DERBY - and yes, I have two cubscouters now. Here are a few pictures of the proud scouts. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). President Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006.

Everyday blessings: December 2010

Saturday, December 18. A December Day at the Beach? Before one of our sister missionaries went home, she asked us to take them to the beach on p-day. I was a bit skeptical about going there in December, but what are you going to say to the missionaries? First up.a race up the Astoria Column. Little did I know I was taking them to see naken Indian pictures.so Sister Goetz requested a picture of them. The major destination of the day? The Goonies house in Astoria. Who knew that little town is so.

Everyday blessings: September 2010

Saturday, September 25. Flamingoes in the Grass. It happened again. We were flamingoed. I guess they thought Fannie was lonely. Their beady little eyes get a little unnerving after a while. So I had to take some extreme measures. I'm thinking of holding them hostage. For a plate of brownies. Dear Flamingo Lawn Attackers: If you want them back, you'd better come with chocolate. :)*. Saturday, September 25, 2010. Monday, September 20. Last week I felt like I moved a mountain, one shovelful at a time. I've ...

the gilmore girls (and guys): March 2012
http://agilmorelog.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
The gilmore girls (and guys). Tuesday, March 13, 2012. We were up in Salt Lake for another check-up for Paige last weekend - we got GREAT results - the tests (MRI and x-ray) all looked perfect and we can relax for another 3 months. Paige loves the doctor and has been talking about going to see the "doctor's horsie" for the past couple weeks. She loves the colorful horse in front of the hospital! Paige cried this visit when they put the IV in her hand (can you tell by the big sad blue eyes? Ethan - Dec 09...

The gilmore girls (and guys). Sunday, September 18, 2011. It turned out that Brittnie and her family had to be in Salt Lake the same weekend we were up there for Paige's doctor appointments. So we invited ourselves along on their Lagoon trip - and we had a BLAST! I really didn't want to let them out of the stroller quite yet - so we found a way to keep them happy for a while - yep, it involved food, more specifically - CHURRO'S! Paige loved the "l-fant". Piper and the bug. Here she is later on that eveni...

Everyday blessings: October 2011
http://hamantics.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 10. 12 Inches of Government Acronyms. In case I wasn't stressed out enough, we got a letter from our lender this weekend. This surprised us since the appraisal (APPL) ordered by the bank (BNK) included a flood map (FM) and specified that we are not in an SFHA. But apparently the local appraiser (LAPP)was clueless. As is the listing agent (LA) who lives next door (ND). Or the map (OTM) our realtor (RLTR) sent us. Monday, October 10, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Quote of the Week.

Everyday blessings: November 2010
http://hamantics.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 23. Saturday started out as a relaxing day. After I got my shower, I went downstairs and watched a couple of squirrels eating sunflower seeds out in my yard. Megan grabbed her breakfast of choice, Ashley's birthday cake, and I grabbed my traditional yogurt and Kashi. While we ate, I grabbed my camera and snapped a few candids. Then, before I had eaten half of my breakfast, I heard sirens loud and close. Too close. It was a Saturday I wish had gone much differently, especially for the fa...
