Aloo Gobi is a potato and cauliflower dish that can be found on the menus of most Indian restaurants. I would like to share this recipe with you in addition to a common accompaniment called Raita which is a savory cucumber yogurt dish. Full head of Cauliflower. 4 good sized red potatoes. 1 onion, diced. 1 teaspoon garam masala.
