Prepared by Lakshmi Aparna. Heat 1/2 litre milk, get it to boil and put it in simmer. Mean while take 1/2 cup cold milk and mix 6 table spoons custard powder (So as to avoid lumps). Now take 10 to 12 table spoons sugar and add it to the boiling milk. After 2 minutes add the custard powder mixed milk slowly and at the same time keep mixing it. Let it cook for 5 to 7 min, sim till it thickens, stop it when you see bubbles. Pour the cooked custard into the plate. Let it cool down. Pomegranate and Grape Juice.

Deep Fry Boondi till golden colour (Crispy too), keep it aside after completion. Boil 1&1/2 Cup Jaggery and 1 cup Water in thick base Steel Pot in medium flame. Mean while apply 1 tsp ghee to flat big plate.

Ingredients for Kobbari Laddu. Mashed Bellam (Jaggery) :. Blend Coconut pieces into powder. Mix 1 Cup Coconut powder and 1 cup Jaggery in a cooking pan (Do not add water). On the flame and cook till it is thicken. Make small rounds and prepare laddu's. Biyyam Pindi (Rice Flour) :. Heat 250ml water in a pan. Mean while boil 1 Cup jaggery to 100ml water till it gets melted. Add 3 Cups rice flour in a wide plate, add cooked flour and mix it once. Apply little ghee to ildi plates.
