Friday, July 22, 2011. This is it. My favorite smile. The one that puts my heart at ease. It's so relaxed.quietly confident. As if you know how much. Seven years ago today you changed our lives. Took them over really, but that's okay because watching you go from our little "boogie" to our big boy "bub" has been something else. You still don't do sleep overs because there's no place you would rather be than with us. And I don't care if that ever changes :). Your favorite color is yellow. Anyway, I digress.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Brinley decided to get a jump start on her summer goal and lose those training wheels! She is able to ride on her own for a little bit. But is still very apprehensive. Or maybe just blinded by that hair in her face? And she only wants Daddy to help. Thanks Daddy.Mommy lets me fall.". Friday, May 27, 2011. The kind of joy only the last day of school. Truth be told, it took Brinley a little bit to muster the joy. She loves school and will miss her teacher terribly. Ben, not so much.

Apparently, they help him kill robots! This scary looking superhero also has a softer side as well. He has taken over Greenlee's glowworm doll and has made it his baby.
