My family is small, and is what you might consider to be a “collage” of sorts. I’m white, my husband is Cambodian, our son is Ethiopian, and our dog is a pit bull. Aside from some infrequent failings, I don’t eat animal products. The husband and kid, though, eat just about everything. We make it work. I do my best to avoid refined sugars and wheat.
