It’s getting cold which means waking up and making breakfast is becoming a struggle…introducing overnight crock pot oatmeal…the easiest recipe you will ever try! I found this on Skinny Ms. 1 cup steel cut oats. 3 1/2 cups water or other liquid (almond/coconut milk). 1 cup canned pure pumpkin purée. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Cookies and Creme Shake. 1 scoop of protein powder (I had to use my espresso protein powder since I am out of plain chocolate and vanilla). 2 TBSP pumpkin puree. 1 TBSP ground Flax. I also added one scoop of chocolate PB2! Mix all ingredients until smooth, pour into heated pan, cook for about 2-3 minutes then flip. When ready to flip turn them over and wait about another minute until both sides are done. Slide onto a plate and top with your favorite toppings! Enter your comment here.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake. 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree. 1-2 scoops Vanilla (or any flavor you think would work) Protein Powder. 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Vanilla or cheesecake flavored sugar free pudding. Laughing Cow cinnamon flavored cream cheese. Mix all ingredients in blender (I prefer using a Ninja) until desired consistency is achieved. Cookies and Creme Shake. 1/2 cup oats ( I use Trader Joes Gluten Free). 1/4-1/2 cup egg whites (I buy them at Sam’s Club in bulk…no pun intended). 1/2-1 cup liquid (usually almond or coconut milk). Sometimes I throw some flax or chia seeds and a 1/4 cup of cocoa wheats or malt-o-meal*. Cinnamon, rasins (or any other dried fruit).
