December 17, 2009. It is hard to believe that I only have two more day of work. I have been waiting for this day for a few months now. It is Thursday before my last Friday and my students are taking a three week assessment test and then blogging on their page about this first semester. But so far, everything I have tried has either tasted great or worked out perfcetly! This recipe for Chicken Tacos was about the easiest recipe I have tried in quite a while. 1 jar of salsa (whatever heat you prefer). 1 packet of taco seasoning. Whatever taco toppings you prefer.
