Tuesday, October 27, 2009. My dining room table is overflowing with Halloween candy. I made treat bags for my son's class. I am in the process of making treat bags for his teachers-nine when you include homeroom, art, gym, computer, etc. They will have popcorn, candy, and Starbucks gift cards. While switching the contents from my Balenciaga Maldives Aqua Work Bag to my Chanel Light Beige Grand Shopper I realized that my computer bag is turquoise and so is another tote bag that I have. You can see that how doing small things here and there you can easily throw a themed party. One thing to note is that my party was couple of days after Feb 14. So I was able to get a lot of things on clearance from Target and other stores. I put these on my table as decorations and at the end of the party gave them as favors to my friends.

It Has a Heart. This summer has flown by. Monday was A’s Happy Adoption Day. We hung our ‘Celebrate Adoption’ banner on the fireplace mantle. In the morning, I gave my daughter a huge hug and wished her a happy adoption day. We went out to the living room and she looked at the mantle.
