A family, primal style. Mommy Stole the Sugar. This is where I’ll be letting you know what we’ve had for meals in a day. It won’t be added to the blog because I don’t want to inundate subscribers with e-mail updates. Holy hell, has it been two weeks? Let’s get going. Breakfast: Eggs scrambled with green peppers and onions, topped with cheddar. Lunch: Roasted chicken breast (seasoned with garlic, paprika, chili powder, sea salt and white pepper) with side salad of mixed greens and sliced European cuke.
