I don't think I could even fine one word to describe this weekend. :) The kids did great traveling, they behaved well in church, they played nice with their cousins and other than Mari getting peed on by a rhino it was a great weekend! Charlie and Jessica's Family Blog. Sunday, September 8, 2013. Can it be that Lydia is in Kindergarten? I remember people telling me it goes by fast but mean it really did! Her first day went great! She rode the bus, enjoyed 2 recesses, got a pony book in library and came running off the bus with a smile! But wait the smile quickly turned to tears as should told me about the blisters her shoes had created. Lesson learned - don't wear new shoes for the first time without socks on first day if Kdg.

Charlie and Jessica's Family Blog. Thursday, January 31, 2013. A trip to the eye doctor. . . I took Lydia in to have her eyes dilated and examined. It has been a year since she first got glasses. Well the weakness in her left eye is still quite strong so she will be doing eye patch therapy 2-4 hrs. 4 days a week. While wearing the patch she needs to do close up activities.
