Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Cooking Tips Week: An Oldie, but a Goodie. Many of you may know this trick already, but I thought I would share just in case it has slipped your mind. Are your cookies a little crispy? Has your sugar hardened? Place a piece of bread in the container with the cookies or sugar. The bread releases it's moisture into the air and the cookies/sugar suck it up and become moist again. I have literally brought back cookies from their death bed with this trick.
