Sunday, January 13, 2013. Crock Pot Sweet Shredded Pork for Tacos. This is so yummy :). 1 C Brown Sugar. 1 C Worcestershire Sauce. 1 tsp Powdered Ginger. 1 tsp Chili Powder. 1 tsp Garlic Powder. 2 TBL Dried Minced Onions. Cook all ingredients in a crockpot on low (8 Hours). One Hour before serving, remove meat and shred it. Dump out all cooking juices and place shredded pork back into crockpot. Add 1cup brown sugar and one cup of green enchilada sauce. Let simmer for 1 hour. Friday, January 11, 2013.
