I make them a little bit healthier these days…if you call bacon and butter healthy! Check out the recipe below. 1 lb Brussels Sprouts. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook bacon in large pan over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Place cooked bacon on plate lined with paper towels. In same large pan with bacon grease, add onion and butter, then add brussels sprouts. Thanks for the love!
