Food, Life, and General Craziness. Friday, June 19, 2015. Spring Break 2015- Observations and Last Thoughts. This resort is amazing. Beautiful, gorgeous, and interesting enough that you could spend your vacation here without going to any of the theme parks. There are lots of activities including enrichment for the animals on the savanna, and they vary each day. The pool was fantastic looking- we never had time to go to it! The room was on the small side, and there wasn't much room for our suitcases.

I cooked a huge batch of ground turkey, and turned half of it into turkey taco meat, and the rest into breakfast turkey sausage. I used the turkey taco meat, along with some black beans and shredded cheddar cheese to make 6 chimis for the freezer. The breakfast turkey sausage, I used along with 6 scrambled eggs and more shredded cheddar to make 6 breakfast chimis to keep in the freezer.
