So little time, so much to do . Kamis, 10 Juni 2010. D anak saya sangat suka makan singkong goreng. Saya pikir daripada membeli lebih baik saya coba untuk membuat. Hasil dari beberapa kali coba, jadilah singkong goreng yang renyah. Rahasianya digoreng dua kali. Kolesterol? 1 kg singkong, potong-potong sesuai selera. 500 cc air untuk merebus. 1 bks kaldu ayam. 5 siung bawang putih. 3 siung bawang merah. 1 Haluskan semua bumbu. 3 Goreng singkong setengah matang. 5 Goreng kembali sampai kuning keemasan.
