At that point we go over the basics of your party and discuss how we will work together and develop schedule, brainstorm and get to know each other. After the initial meeting, Mom's Best Friend will be in communication via email to share design ideas, concepts and party components. 2-3 weeks before mailing. 4 weeks before date of party. 2-3 weeks after party.
