Mom's Cozy Kitchen. 1 cup dry masoor dal cooked. 1 small onion chopped. 7 cloves of fresh garlic minced. 1 cup of shredded raw carrots. 1 cup of shredded raw peeled potato. 1 cup of nutrigranules or another soy fake hamburger product. 1 raw egg (for binding the mixture). 1/2 cup parsley chopped (optional). 1 cup tomato puree or equivalent of fresh tomato juice. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Black pepper powder to taste. 1/2 teasp. of dried basil (optional). 1/2 teasp. of dried oregano (optional). Urad Dal 1 cup.
