I thought I'd give everyone a little update and an explanation on what is going on with him because I get a lot of questions. As for feeding, David has expressed breast milk (EBM) down a feeding tube into his stomach. He gets it every 2 hours that continuously flows for that 2 hours. Mom to Three Monkies. I know you can relate! So I ate a bigger than normal late lunch and was super full ALL afternoon. I decided to try to run at 5pm for about 4 miles while Jeff took the kids to the Y. I normally go early in the morning which is my optimal time to work out, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Although slower than normal, I didn't feel too bad!
