She's a work in progress y'all. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Thanks to my brother-in-law who. Looking back over my last few posts I think they have taken on more of a negative tone than I like. I seem to be manifesting the mediocre as of late. Well, that just won't do. I don't find myself to be an overly mystical sort of gal but I do have the inherent belief that thoughts are things. I loved The Secret. We are moving to NorCal East Bay area in 2 weeks. We have reconnected with family in a remarkable way.

Monday, December 02, 2013. So, keeping up with my blogging seems to have failed, but I thought I'd do an update on my weight loss goals for any out there who have been keeping track. I'll try to do a post on my other goals, too, but honestly, the weight loss thing kinda took over my life, big time. Endurance cardio, and was really afraid my trainer was going to make me run for an hour. He never did. Over a 6 week training period, here's how I improved:. Bench: start, 65 lb. end, 75 lb. If it takes you TWO full pages complete with boxes, diagrams and pointers to explain your website redesign to people, it’s TOO complicated. Google’s website has 28 words.
