Want to burn 500-800 calories in a 1 hour workout, while at the same time laughing and letting loose? Then a Zumba class is just what you need! I love to dance. i also love music and when i work out, sometimes it's all i can do to not bust a move while i'm walking down the street or running on the treadmill. June 25, 2010. Well friends, after 4 years i have to say goodbye to this blog. i am moving back to blogger. from here you can find me at a little bit of this, a little bit of that.
