It began as a mistake. Stranded in Brighton on a gloomy October's day, a chair was dragged across weathered floorboards to the only window in the room. A photo was taken with a hand-me-down camera and available light for no other reason than to document our own existence. Barefoot Drumming Wonder is as much a title as it is a statement of purpose; to express directly a raw, persistent, unbridled bewilderment at the beauty that surrounds us, especially that contained in the vitality of the human form.
