With this new seating arrangement we needed to find a "perfect" table to fit the space. I do not use perfect lightly. The list of criteria was not short:. It must be a circle, but also have leaves to extend to an oval. It must have a pedestal base, since straight legs would restrict seating. Not So Mundane Monday's, with JAK. April 12, 2012. Break Attack and Something Different. A" graced us with her spectacular cooking this past Monday. As well, we learned a little secret about "J". A" started out with some unbelievably fresh sea bass. After it toasts, stock and seasons get added. The sea bass get browned on the stove-top. A mixture of panko breadcrumbs and almond slivers get toasted. The fish will take a dip in this, for a crunchy exterior. Look at this beauty! How brown the crust is?

Unfortunately for Amanda and Mark the day of their maternity photos was cold, windy, and there were even a few flakes of snow. But that didn't stop these parents-to-be!
