Sunlight burning at midnight. Friday, August 9, 2013. Lonely has been the theme of my life for the past month. That's a sad statement. but, completely true. A little over a month ago, i left the place i called home for 2 years to come back to my original "home", that consequently no longer feels like home. i left my community of family and friends, an incredible environment and church- to come here. a dry, dead environment where i have no sense of community whatsoever. Sunlight burning at midnight. Thursday, June 27, 2013. I am living in the in-between. And the in-between is the hardest place to be. I just wrapped up a season of training, breaking, stretching, growing, changing, molding and discovering who God created me to be and what He made me to do. And i know my destination. Sunlight burning at midnight. Wednesday, February 18, 2015. All the single ladies. A year ago i thought i would never meet him. But it turned out, i had already met him. But let me explain. in the year leading up to him, the Lord had been taking me on a faith adventure of sorts. and i had confused the voice of the Lord, with my own desires. My desires - the beauty and glamour of living in California. His desires - to bring me back to Colorado, i place i vowed to never return except to visit my family.
