After leaving Evora we made an unplanned stop in Fatima. That name ring a bell? It's the town where the ****** Mary reportedly appeared to three children (on a monthly basis - she apparently wanted to stick to a schedule) back in 1917. Crowds can be in the hundreds of thousands sometimes. But when we were there the ocean was super-flat.
