Tuesday, December 29, 2009. 好久没有写东西了，短短的一个月，忙忙碌碌的一个月。 1) 大概一个月前，整个 project 的 member 一起搬去了另外的一个办公室，原因是因为原有的地方开始不够了。花了一天的时间，把电脑和其他课本搬去了新的地方，也把新办公室打扫了一遍。和 supervisor 在同一个办公室，谈起新点子的时候方便了很多。新的办公室面向一个湖，每天傍晚都可以听到鸟叫声，还蛮写意的。 2) 昨天刚搬家了，之前住的地方合约到期，屋主乘机把房租起了8%，所以就搬家了。办了以后有一点不习惯，在澳洲大学读了那么多年，第一次需要搭车去学校，平时都是走路的。突然间有一种失去了动力的感觉，也不知道是为什么。希望过了一阵子会习惯把。 3) 平安夜和几个朋友吃火锅，从买配料到准备食材都非常顺利，我也把新年用的摆菜绝学拿了出来用。可是问题出在工具。。。朋友的电磁炉在前一天晚上被证实坏了，结果就用了 slow cooker，煮了整个晚上都没有觉得汤是滚的 - -". 永康 @ Yong Kang. Sunday, November 7, 2010. 今年是很忙的一年，忙到现在，也开始看到了一些成果了。本来我研究的重点就是为了论文和 publication，可是今年做的东西都有可能会申请专利，因该是一件好事吧。 接下来的 40 几天会很忙，需要把两篇 journal 给完成，也要把明年要做的东西构思好。 下星期会有一个 Standford U 的 Professor 回过来，需要做两个 presentation，希望可以从他们身上得到很多好的建议。 永康 @ Yong Kang. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Niyumaki！！肉卷烧！！是我昨天第一次听到的名词。 刚刚和远在日本等辞职的朋友询问了，据说肉卷烧是日本乡间的一种小吃，最近刚刚在日本留行了起来。 Http:/ www.nikumaki.com/. Http:/ www.nikudawara.jp/. Wikipedia 上还没有资料，应该算是蛮新的吧。 Cheese 口味的肉卷烧，在点餐了之后，服务员会在现场把 cheese 烤焦。两个店员，一个在后面准备食物，一个在前面点餐 收钱 靠 cheese。难怪队伍那么长，等那么久。 很烧！！很热！！ 肉卷烧到底是什么？？简单的来说，就是把把饭团做成小米酒杯的形状，上面撒了一层芝麻，然后再包了一层薄薄的猪肉。再次撒上芝麻之后，放入烤箱内烤大概 5 分钟 (偷瞄的)。 肉卷烧的口味很特别，简单的来说就是很有惊喜的那一种，复杂的来所就是平淡中带有惊喜，简单的食材发挥了一层一层的层次感。 总的来说，这是近年来少数给我惊喜的食物之一，如果大家有机会遇到，一定要尝一尝哟。 永康 @ Yong Kang. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. 写这篇blog 的时候，我正在火车上，还有两个小时半的车程才到 Frankfurt。窗外是一望无际的草原，有时被树林包围，有时经过城市或小镇，偶尔还会看到一些古堡。 在德国待了七天，感觉还蛮特别的。感受了历史丰富的城镇，观察了摩登的大城市，看到了美丽的风景，还有见证了很多特别的人和事。 Class 的不同不在于窗外的风景，而是服务。时不时会有人问你要不要报纸或食物，还会送上湿毛巾。 这一次的旅程，主要是呆在 Muenster 和 Berlin。 Muenster 是一个很有历史痕迹的小镇。短短的4天内，感受到的是简单的生活和那大城市所没有的魅力。在街上走着A...Berlin 是一个比较熟悉的名字&...
