メルカリでアビレックスのA-2を見つけた。送料込みで6,300円。値下げと謳われていたので、元は6,800円くらいだったのだろう。サイズはS表記だが、USサイズなので日本サイズのL位だという。 アビレックスのA-2は、過去にもオークションで落札したことがある。裏地のパッチワークに見覚えがあるので、おそらく同じ時代（1970年代？）のA-2で、アビレックスとしてはよく出回っているタイプのものだ。 USサイズなのでサイズが2段階くらい大きいというのはうなずける話で、そのアビレックスも大きすぎて自分には合わず友人にあげてしまった。今回のものはサイズが合いそうだし、ネームプレート付きというのも気に入ったので6,300円で購入した。 ホースハイドでも、エアロレザーのハイウェイマンなどは硬いのに着心地が良いので、原型にこだわるよりも適度に着心地を考慮して作られたA-2のほうが自分には合っているように思う。 アビレックスの特徴的なライニングのパッチワーク。A-2ではなく海軍用のフライトジャケット、G-1のパターンを流用して作られているようだ。 気になる仕上がりだが、「熱＆水転...その点「水転写式&#1...
