They have a great little home here on the hospital compound and I been just taking it easy walking around meeting people and eating lots of Ndazi and chai which would be a type of donut. I’m exhausted now I suppose I’m not used to the cycling at 7000 feet altitude on a high high carbohydrate diet. North Van, BC., Canada.

However, the day did not come without a price as I inhaled too much whister dust and promptly began to feel the effects of "over doing it". But hey now I've got some lovely symbicort steroids for my lungs and antibiotics for whatever decided to hitch a ride with me down the mountain. Well we made it to the source of the nile and enjoyed the local brew while taking it easy by the water. The place is quite relaxing and we had a chance to drift around on a small wooden boat seeing the exact place where Lake Victoria empties into the start of the nile river.
