This is real life. Saturday, May 3, 2014. You guys. not that i had anything to do today, but still. we accidentally turned on lifetime and now i've been sitting here for 3 1/2 hours watching weird movies about people that are weird and obsessive and kill people just because they love someone "so much it hurts". And guess what, i loved every second of it. plus, i was watering the lawn (via sprinkler) while i was watching. i'm all about multi-tasking. It can't be that hard, right? I like you best.

What we did in may. So i promise to do better at this blog thing. once a week from here on out. but now i must catch up! Well the big thing in may was vye's birthday! My whole family was there and some friends from high school that i hadn't seen in a long time! It turned out really well, despite the major heat wave of 99 degrees! Big success for me: i made her birthday cake. 2 layer red velvet cake with a smashing cream filling, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries oh my! What the. HEY YOU!

This is real life. Sunday, February 24, 2013. I am a bad dater. I'm not afraid to admit it. i guess it's better to know that and say it outloud than pretend it "must just be all those weirdos" out there i find myself spending a few hours with here and there. they say the first step is admitting theres an issue.and usually if there is a "first step", then a second step follows, right? I'm assuming the second step is to become a better dater? Except i don't really know how to do that. Great question, right?
