If you want to play real notes (down where the normal tuba's pedal tones would be) you would use the following fingering: Bb 1-5-6, A 1-4-6, Ab 4-5-6, G 1-4-5-6, Gb 3-4-5-6, F 1-3-4-5-6, E 1-2-3-4-5-6.
